Our products are sold for personal use only. We reserve the right to refuse orders, limit quantities, or cancel purchases suspected of being intended for resale or commercial use.

Botanic Tusk products are cosmetic products, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional if needed.

We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's colour display will be perfectly accurate.


ARTICLE 4 – ELIGIBILITY

By placing an order, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Have provided accurate and complete information
  • Are authorised to use the payment method provided
  • Are purchasing for personal use only

We reserve the right to cancel orders where fraud is suspected or where these Terms have been violated.


ARTICLE 5 – PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice. The final price is confirmed at checkout.

We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other electronic payment methods. We are not responsible for any bank fees or currency conversion charges applied by your payment provider.


ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday.

Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days.

Delivery times may be extended due to public holidays, high demand periods, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

ARTICLE 7 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a 60-day return period from the date of receipt. You also retain your statutory right to cancel within 14 daysof delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

ARTICLE 8 – WARRANTY

We provide a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not apply in cases of:

  • Misuse or improper handling
  • Physical damage caused by the customer
  • Modifications made by the customer or a third party

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us with photos, your order confirmation, and a description of the issue.


ARTICLE 9 – SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAMME (if applicable)

Some products may be offered on a subscription basis.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically on the same billing cycle
  • A minimum commitment of 2 billing cycles applies
  • Cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours before the next renewal date, via: support@botanictusk.com

In the event of a failed payment, we reserve the right to retry the charge, suspend, or cancel the subscription.

If you experience an allergic reaction to a product, stop use immediately and contact us. We may request photos, order details, and a description of the reaction.


ARTICLE 10 – COMMENTS & USER CONTENT

If you submit reviews, feedback, or other content, you grant us the right to use, edit, publish, and distribute that content across any medium, without restriction or compensation.

You agree that your submissions will not infringe on any third-party rights, contain unlawful content, or include any malicious code.


ARTICLE 11 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites. Visiting third-party links is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
