Shipping policy
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Delivery happens in two stages:
- Processing time (1–2 business days): Order confirmation, quality control, and packaging.
- Shipping time: 5–12 business days.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday on business days.
Orders placed before 12:00 noon (GMT) are processed the same day.
IS SHIPPING FREE?
We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £35.
Orders below £35 are subject to a shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A direct tracking link
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
Address changes are only possible within a short window after your order is placed — typically within 12 hours.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
All orders are processed promptly to ensure fast delivery. Once placed, an order cannot be modified or cancelled prior to delivery.
WHAT IF MY PARCEL IS LOST?
If your parcel is lost or cannot be delivered due to a logistical issue, we will send a replacement immediately.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
We're sorry to hear that. Occasionally, items are damaged in transit or an incorrect product is sent.
- We will always send a free replacement on the first occurrence.
- If the replacement also arrives damaged, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.
ARE THERE ANY DELAYS I SHOULD KNOW ABOUT?
Delivery times may occasionally be extended due to:
- Public holidays
- High demand periods
- Adverse weather, strikes, or carrier disruptions
In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to 14 additional business days.
