WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 60-day return period, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you also retain the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR A RETURN?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original packaging
- In the same condition as when you received it, with the protective seal intact
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns if the product seal has been broken or altered.
You will also need to provide your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
HOW DO I START A RETURN?

Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions and the return address.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@botanictusk.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
- We will send a free replacement after reviewing the photos you provide
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
WHICH ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED?
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Skincare products that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons)
- Items purchased on sale or at a discount
- Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, contact us before sending anything back.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, the quickest solution is to return your eligible item and place a new order.
WHO COVERS RETURN SHIPPING?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
We do not provide prepaid return labels, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
For higher-value items, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
⚠️ We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
HOW AND WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method
- Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction
- If you paid by gift card, your refund will be issued as a gift card
