Questions About Your Order or Delivery

You can track your order at any time using our Track Your Order page — simply enter the tracking code sent to you by email once your order was confirmed. You can also view your order status by logging into your customer account.

Most orders are processed within 12 hours of being placed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A direct tracking link

Please note that tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after dispatch.
